It's a pretty stressful process to buy a house. Even when it goes smoothly it can still be stressful. Rue was a perfect fit for us through the entire process.

This is what I wanted out of a real estate agent:
I wanted to look at the house without being interrupted I wanted someone who understood what I was looking for in my price range and all my needs. I wanted a commitment to me from my agent to be for me every step of the process.

I was a first time home-buyer, and as expected, was apprehensive. I contacted Rue, and immediately she was warm, genuine , and most importantly, down to business. She was a professional through and through, and asked important, sometimes difficult, questions that would impact me, some I hadn't even thought about. Rue was always available to answer even the smallest and (to most) insignificant questions I had, always remaining gracious and positive. During my times of uncertainty, she did not pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable. She was, and I mean this literally, there for me during every step of the process, even after her obligations were fulfilled. I wanted to write this review, because not often do you take the time to write a positive review, it's much more "satisfying" to write a negative one. Rue consistently went above and beyond her job description in order to make both transactions less stressful for us. On the selling end, she was incredibly knowledgeable of the market, and due to her hard work, marketing skills, and excellent follow through, our home sold in a little over 2 weeks. Again, on the buying end, she was incredibly knowledgeable, and her follow through was impeccable. She went above and beyond by scheduling appointments and getting work estimates.
